Consulting is a service designed to provide you advice and guidance to make sure everything runs smoothly leading up to and on your wedding day.  Our Event Coordinators can meet with you to answer any questions you may have, help you develop a theme for your special day or assist you in creating key steps such as itineraries and check lists.  Our consulting services help couples who are planning their own wedding, but occasionally need some help from a professional to help personalize their day.

“Full Coordination” is a service designed for couples who want a professional Event Coordinator to help them every step of the way. It’s an excellent way to have someone else handle important steps such as finding vendors, reviewing contracts and making sure everything runs smoothly on your special day, while still ensuring you make the final decisions.
 
The average wedding takes 250 hours for a couple to plan!  Between your personal and professional obligations and trying to enjoy your engagement, finding the time to plan a wedding can be very stressful.

 

For Full Coordination, we meet with you when you are ready to begin planning your wedding day, spending time getting to know each of you and understanding your ideas and dreams for your special day.  We work closely with you to establish timelines and plans to source venues, vendors and how we are going to make those dreams a reality.  All aspects of the wedding, from flowers to party favours to making sure you cut the cake on time will be part of your plan, with our full guidance and support.

 

On the day of your wedding, your Event Coordinator will be available to you from start to finish, making sure everything goes according to the plans that have been laid out and rehearsed prior to the big day.  And, to handle those unexpected little bumps, you will have full use of the Event Coordinator’s Emergency Kit as part of the Full Coordination service package.

Partial Planning


“Partial Planning” is a service designed for couples who have already done some of the planning, but need help with more than just advice and direction. This service package can be customized to fit your needs and can include things such as reviewing vendor contracts, organizing the final details, coordinating pre-wedding activities or being present the day of your wedding to make sure everything goes according to plan. Elegant Events will design a package that is unique and just for you, with as little or as much involvement as you require.

 

Emergency Kit

 

While Event Coordinators are licensed professionals, fully trained to plan and coordinate events of all types and sizes, many have trade secrets and tricks to their success in making your event as special as it can be.  The “Emergency Kit” is just one of those secrets!  A bag full of supplies to handle any emergency that might arise on your special day, from hair pins to band-aids, fishing wire and even a hammer, your Event Coordinator’s Emergency Kit makes sure they are prepared and things go smoothly.

 

All services that involve an Event Coordinator being present for the day of your event comes with full use of the Emergency Kit to ensure that your day is as perfect as possible.
